There is nothing in creation quite like it's creator. The only thing that comes close is the people God created! You see, we were made in His image...to be like Him. But He did not make us to BE God's! He made us so that we could walk with Him in total inocence. We did not have to worry about right and wrong. But God gave the command not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Man ate it anyway being tricked by the devil. Thus becoming aware of good and evil. even worse than that...he became aware of the sin he comited by disobeaying God.

So now we are subject to sin, having the knowledge of it and the temptation for it. This separated us from God. It is the reason we need a savior. Because one day God will destroy all things evil. We need to be found clean and pure in His site. Many have tried to do this by being a good person. The problem is no one can be good enough! God who does not sin is far better than us. Even one sin will make us unclean in His site! So trying to be a good person won't work. Going to church doesn't do it either because that is the same as trying to be a good person. Lets face it...people have tried all kinds of things, religion, works, even ignoring the problem.

Nothing has been able to bring us clean before God except on thing. Jesus Christ (God's Son) Took our place. He came to earth and willingly died for us. He did it so that we would not have to die. He took our punishment for our sins. God will not forget His own Sons payment for us. All we must do is to admit we are in need of a savior, believe Jesus IS this savior, and commit our lives to Him by turning from our sins and asking Him to save us!

You can pray this prayer...and if you mean it, and believe He will do this (As He said He would), then you will find yourself as clean before God!

"Jesus, I admit I am in need of a savior. I am separated from God and there is none other than you that can bring me to Him. I believe you paid the price for me to live. And I ask you to come into my heart and life. I want to follow you now. Please forgive me of my sins and save me. In your name I pray. Amen"

If you prayed that and ment it, then it is done. Remember you must COMMIT your life to Him. You will sin, it's nature of the fleash. But He has made you clean, and asks that you follow Him.
